This fund enables our Patient Experience Department to ensure the delivery of exemplary patient care that bolsters care coordination, navigational support, chaplain services, a whole person care approach, and comfort amenities.

This fund supports the Care for the Caregiver program, a multi-faceted employee support program that addresses clinician burn-out and stress by providing workshops, counseling, massage therapy, and comfort care items designed to build resiliency among our caregiving staff. Caring for our caregivers is directly linked to our ability to deliver personalized, innovative, and compassionate care to our patients.

This fund supports simulation training, skill building, and ongoing professional development opportunities for our nurses, such as attending conferences and workshops to enhance nursing practice and areas of expertise – all of which enable us to deliver exemplary patient care. If one of our nurses exceeded your expectations, you may make a gift in honor of a specific nurse(s) with a gift to this fund.
